our favorite moments of the kansas MS150 ride. it turns out this is one of the biggest ms150, attendance-wise, rides in the country. thousands of riders and lots of hoopla and fanfare and organization. bella's jaw was agape for much of the weekend at the participation and energy of the event which i reckon was her favorite part. my favorite part took place shortly after the above photo was taken and our subsequent conversation.

why?

because my bike is smaller than yours so it's going to make me look wimpy.

BELLA
photos don't lie.

unless you have photoshop. i can put a masculine filter on it. that should fix it.

BELLA
but, the problem is if you filter it enough to make you look masculine, i'll end up with a full mustache.

i laughed at that line on and off for the next ten days. i also coveted my girl's quick wit after each recollection.
